Hi, My name is Heather.
Passionate. Patient. Persistent. These are just a few of the characteristics that describe me. It has been a life long dream of mine to help bring dog and family together as a functioning pack and ultimately enrich the relationship between pets and their owners.
So you understand what I mean, This is NOT my full time , Job. This is my Passion. I do not get lost in the thought of, how many dogs do I have to train this month to pay my bills? I can take my time, and really work with my clients so they fully understand what I teach them.
All of my training uses a mix of Classical Conditioning, Operant Conditioning and Positive reinforcement. One of my best techniques is using the history of your dogs breed or mix of breeds to form a therapy that suits your dogs ancestral drive. I have used hunting, weight carrying, running, cycling, even massage and T-Touch as therapy to help with behavioral problems, and help reconnect dog with owner on a deeper level!
One thing I have taken pride in is my advice is always Free! as it is important to keep dogs out of shelters and if my advice can help you bond with your pet on a new level and save him/her a re homing situation or shelter, then that is the best payment.
I know each animal is different, and I’ll work with yours to give them the specific guidance they need. Whether you’re thinking about getting an animal (Family Breed Selecting and Matching) have a new puppy, or already own a pet with behavioral problems, I am here to help.

Basic Obedience
For 6 Months and up!
This program is 1 on 1 hands on training, The length of each lesson 1 Hour twice a week, For 6-8 weeks at your home, or selected location
You and your best friend will learn how to communicate in a way your dog understands, how to read their body language, as well as basic nutrition and importance of exercise.

The Sky Harbor 49
A story that touched my heart, and brought tears to my eyes. With no compassion, senseless killing of innocent dogs, who never had the chance at a home, with love.
Out of the darkness, there was hope, Niagara rescue saved 10 of these 49 that were going to be euthanized without even being given a chance, at the very last moment.
7 of these survivors are still looking for patient, Understanding and loving homes
is offering to help train these dogs at HALF the cost if they are adopted in the Hamilton area!

Teaches patience well. It only took a few times for Heather to give me proper tips on walking my dog. I would recommend for anyone in need. She is still working with us.
